Sharese Bullock-Bailey has funded, distributed, and produced independent media globally for over 20 years. She is an Emmy-nominated producer, social impact leader/educator and Founder of Overstand, a capital introduction consultancy. She is the Chief Program Officer at Manhattan Neighborhood Network (MNN), the largest community media center in the US. Sharese recently served as Chief Innovation Officer and Festival Director at Urbanworld Foundation, Chief Strategist and Partnership Officer at Ghetto Film School, and Director of filmmaking residencies at Tribeca Film Institute. Sharese served as a Lincoln Center Leadership Fellow (2023), New York Community Trust Leadership Fellow (2016), and a Rockwood JustFilms Fellow (2015). Sharese is a trustee an Executive Board Member at Indepenedent Television Service (ITVS), Industry Advisory Member at The School of Digital Arts in Manchester, UK and Board Member at CreativeTypes. She has served on the Board of The Frick Collection and The Alliance of Media and Culture.
