CreativeTypes provides guidance to folks in need of advice concerning their career path, job search, negotiating, and navigating workplace and business dynamics. Our advising services are a custom approach that incorporates holistic encouragement and resources for specific career challenges. Our primary advisor, Erica Sewell, has over twenty years of experience in various creative industries that allow for her to speak to the intricacies of most fields. Sewell spent years directing the career services office at Parsons The New School for Design, where she was a counselor to hundreds of students and alumni who transitioned from being traditional professionals into industry creatives. She has extensive experience on leadership teams within human resources, as well as leading a range of teams and hiring for sought after companies in fields from entertainment to fashion. All of her knowledge provides a custom approach to problem-solving, tools, resources,  and advice.
